what antivirus software do you use? when I used to get ads like that, I tried to shut down the web browser asap without touching the ad at all (such as pressing X on the entire webpage or even opening task manager to do it instead). sometimes even interacting with one of those can put something on your computer.

the antivirus software i've used to get rid of things like that is Malwarebytes. i can never recommend that enough to people, and it's worked like a charm for me!
