This is my TMNT OC. She belongs to me!

Species: Mutated Chameleon

History
   Christelle was mutated by a scientist who made a mutagen that could mutate and age an animal in just a matter of minutes. The scientist works for someone who hated the mutants known as the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and the scientist grew a hatred towards them as well.

   Christelle was pretty much created to gain knowledge of the mutant turtles. This knowledge would be put toward capturing them and destroying them once and for all. Christelle's mission was to stay with the turtles and study how they acted, fought and even what they feared. But the scientists' plans didn't go as planned. 

Personality
   Christelle is somewhat cocky, and would put herself before others. This is how she acted when she was first mutated. When she went on her mission, however, she became more calm.

   She is calm and thinks before she acts. She can get tempered at times, but cools down rather quickly. She is still her cocky self, though, being over-confident and thinking she can stop any enemy she faces. She is smart, and can think of plans to do in fights. She is tough, and still fights even through injuries. 

Abilities
   Christelle's weapon is two handguns; one for each hand. She wears a  belt around her waist that holds her guns and mags. She is a sharp-shooter and usually hits her target every time she aims. 

   If she were to run out of bullets, she fights well with just self defense. She is skilled in that area, and can cause damage. She can also use her tail, wrapping it around objects or people. She can wrap her tail around someone's legs and throw them with it. 

   She can also turn invisible. She only uses this technique when she is hiding on sneaking up on someone.

Appearence
   Christelle wears a grey tank top and dark grey leggins that stop at her knee. She wears a dark purple band across her forehead, to match the spots on her tail. She also has dark purple bands wrapped around her feet. Her hair is golden brown and pulled into a... loose ponytail? Grey sports tape/cloth is wrapped around her wrists and she wears a grey choker around her neck.
